The Rev. Dr. Paul Baxley was unanimously elected as the fourth executive coordinator of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship in January 2019. He frequently preaches and teaches across the 30-year-old Fellowship as he leads this diverse community that includes nearly 1,400 congregations, thousands of individuals, 19 state and regional organizations, 800-plus chaplains and pastoral counselors, dozens of theological education and ministry partners, and 60-plus field personnel serving in 20 countries.

Rev. Dr. Laura Stephens-Reed is a minister, coach, and coach trainer. She is an Alabama CBF partner, resourcing pastor searches in our state and providing coaching to our ministers at a discounted rate. She is Director of Education for the Integer Network Coaching Academy. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, her Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and her Doctor of Ministry degree from Lexington Theological Seminary. Laura lives in Northport with her husband (who is also a minister) and their thirteen-year-old son. She loves reading, watching tv and movies, doing tae kwon do, and cheering on SEC football teams.

Rev. Brian Harfst is the Interim Pastor of Bruington Baptist Church (Bruington, VA), the Director of Coaching with Integer Network, and a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Dawnings Guide.  He lives in Chester, VA, outside of Richmond, with his wife, two young adult sons, and mother-in-law.  He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BA in Psychology and received his MDiv from the Baptist Theological Seminary in Richmond.  He loves walking alongside individuals, congregations, and groups through coaching, facilitation, training, and community-building.  When he finds the time, he enjoys sitting around the table with friends and family playing boardgames and such.
