Women in Ministry

The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship was founded, in part, around issues of gender equality. We have encouraged the calling of women in ministry and intentionally include women in positions of leadership - including national and state councils, moderators and staff. Connect with the national Baptist Women in Ministry group.

We host events for women in ministry several times a year including retreats, fellowships and conferences.
